Putting your needs first

 
 
 

This is a more common thing than most realise as when people lean into this type of discomfort they often quickly swap out of it by adjusting their needs to suit someone else even though they didn’t want to. They drop back into a lack of boundaries and pleasing others which adds to that decrease in their energy and self value.

Practice a little not being the rescuer of everyone but actually offering yourself the oxygen first.

It is uncomfortable at first and brutal honesty is required within yourself, not necessarily with the other person.

Being able to sit in a space of not needing to justify your decision will set those healthy strong boundaries.

Too many people make excuses or overcompensate for doing what’s best for them.

Trust that the more you lean into doing what’s best is right for you energetically, the more it is better for everyone you interact with.

But remember the more you are wobbly on your energetic boundaries, the more the universe will challenge you to stand up for what works best for you.

Get clear energetically and the issue will resolve itself far more comfortably for you.
