Stressed?

 
 
 

Can I do this now? Am I too stressed for time. Maybe you give me one little piece of insight that will take no longer than a few minutes please.

‘Blowing off steam.’

That term is used to discuss the release of energetic pressure.

All energy builds up and settles down, as remember energy is in continual movement.

So if there is a strong concentrated build up of energy there needs to be a release, be it fast or slow.

Take time to observe your energy and when it builds up and it feels like you are a pressure cooker. Naturally an energy release will want to follow. 

It may be a slow natural dilation allowing some pressured energy to escape or it may be a big explosion of energy. 

Either way, the awareness of where your energy is at, allows for the intentional release.

You may wish to release via song, dance, exercise, laughter or deep breathing.

Be aware of the build up of energetic tension in your body and take time to find exercises to help you release in a manner that doesn’t take it out on other people around you.

Work with the ebb and flow of your energy. 

You were not designed to be calm all the time.

Allow for the fluctuations and be aware of how to manage it with a greater sense of satisfaction and no remorse.
